Our Process

We hand-build loaves the old-fashioned way, using traditional preferments and long fermentation times to maximize flavor and nutrition. Then we bake the loaves to perfection on the masonry hearth of our imported deck oven, achieving that perfect crust and crumb that you just can’t get in a standard convection oven.
